Boo, Goblin, Goo! This is my absolute favorite time of year. We don’t always do matching outfits but when we do, we go all out. Here’s a sneak peek at our costumes. A full blog on our Pokémon themed photo shoot coming soon! I’ll include what we’re all wearing then but for now here’s some quick snaps from yesterday.

(Poor daddy missed the sunlit photo op but here he is as a trainer with our sweet little pokeball.)

And, the switch witch came to our house this year. Have you ever heard of this? You put out your candy and she brings toys and takes the candy. Like my kids need more toys ?. So, my kids got rain boots. At the last second I dug through their stocking stuffer stash and put pokeballs with Pokémon in them. Well, I tried to be practical. Anyway, I am loving the Hatley boots. They’re adorable and so well made. My only gripe is that they don’t come in the larger sizes in the pretty designs. I bought my 8 year old Western Chief Kids and they also have beautiful well made shoes with a much larger range of designs. I loved the value for the price.

The kids are thrilled with their new boots and I can’t get my 2 year old to take his off. It’s love.
