It’s been a while since I blogged regularly about fashion, but as I walked into my closet the other day it occurred to me that it finally makes me happy. That may be because it’s color coordinated (yes, I organize my clothes by type, sleeve length, and color), but mostly, it’s because it’s full of Grey State Apparel. Their aesthetics make me feel calm, cool, and oh so chic. Does it get better than sustainable clothes in neutral tones with splashes of coordinating colors? I’m obsessed with their orchid ice and rose blush shades against their grey and black solids. If you’ve ever thought of going to a capsule wardrobe, they’ve got you covered (literally).
Here are a few of my favorites that I think every closet needs:
Solid Cardigan
White Tee
Solid Tanks
Black everyday pants
Solid dress
Matching Set (I use these as separates too!)
When you curate your wardrobe to include pieces that mix and match, you have an effortless formula for looking put together everyday. Whether you work in an office or from your couch, you feel better when you’re zoom call ready in a pinch.
I’ll leave you with the rest of my favorite pieces from the Grey State Apparel spring line (get ready, summer is on its way!):
