Remember when I told you about how I bought a couple things last fall and then oops I found out I wasn’t going to fit into them for at least nine months (well and I didn’t really want to fit into much of anything for the first 4 or 5 anyway- ick)?? This dress was one of those purchases. So classic and comfortable. But, so not forgiving to a growing pregnant belly. Instead of wearing it as planned, it sat in the Loft bag for a year. As soon as I saw those bright pink flats, I knew I had to have them and I had to wear them with this dress. Because, there is nothing that spices up a LBD like a bright shoe.
And, what else do you pair with it? An awesome vintage bracelet, some diamond studs, and of course, my Budu Baby bag because, well, is there anything it doesn’t go with?
What do you think? Do you like bold colors or neutrals all the way? I admit. I love my gray sweaters and my tan flats but, adding a pop with a scarf or a pair of shoes just gives me a little lift to my step. How do you like to wear color?
