I know you’re shocked. Can I really have no words? But, we’ve been going through some grief and quite often I find myself wondering: does fashion even matter? I know. I didn’t see it coming either. For now, I just want to show you some pretty pictures and note that they’re from a time before. Though, perhaps the black and the half serious glances are fitting for my mood.

Even when I have no words, I guess I can’t stop myself from being lengthy. Before I go, this dress from Amelia James hits all the right notes. They’re a growing company that specializes in clothes that look like a million bucks but are comfy enough to sleep in. This dress is buttery smooth and it gave me all the warm fuzzy retro vibes. Follow them on Instagram to see more including some fabulous maxi dresses and a swoon worthy jumper.

One day, an old car and a pretty dress will give me all the bubbly feels again. Until then, memories will have to do.

    1. Thank you love ❤️ We are okay but our lives have been forever changed- loss does that but even more so when it’s a sudden one. But, I’m trying to hold onto the memories and struggle on!!

      1. Loss can be really tough. I lost both of my grandparents when I was 16 and 17. The memories help us to continue on and cherish what we have left.

        1. I agree. I’m sorry for your losses. It’s a natural but painful part of life. So much more so when it’s the unexpected.

  2. What a fab dress girl! And I am sending all my love to you and your family. Losses are never easy to navigate and I am so sorry your family is going through such a hard time! XO
